Our standard cancellation policy will allow you to cancel up to 48 hours before you’re due to visit if you book one of our flexible rates. However, whether you’ve chosen a flexible rate or advance purchase rate, all bookings for stays up to 30th June 2022 will automatically be covered by our guarantee.

If you’ve booked directly with us and any of the following takes place:

* Atlantic Hotel is closed due to coronavirus

* You are affected by local or national lockdown restrictions imposed by the UK government

How is this different to our standard cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy provides you with the flexibility to cancel or amend your booking regardless of whether coronavirus is involved or not. Here are the details:

  • All flexible bookings can be cancelled FREE of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
  • All advance purchase bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • For group bookings of five rooms or more, seven days cancellation notice is required.
