Our standard cancellation policy will allow you to cancel up to 9am the day before you’re due to visit if you book one of our flexible rates. However, whether you’ve chosen a flexible rate or advance purchase rate, all bookings for stays in 2021 will automatically be covered by our guarantee.
If you’ve booked directly with us and any of the following takes place:
* Atlantic Hotel is closed due to coronavirus
* You are affected by local or national lockdown restrictions imposed by the UK government
You can choose to:
We’ll be more than happy to move your booking to any alternative date in 2021 or 2022 with no admin charge.
If you’re not yet sure when you would like to visit us, we’ll hold the amount that you’ve paid in credit to be used against any future booking.
If you’ve booked through a third-party provider, please contact them directly to discuss what options are available to you.
