COVID-19 Update

Dear valued guests and friends of The Atlantic Hotel,

In response to the latest UK Government advice, we have temporarily closed our hotel to the general public until further notice. This gives us great sadness, but it’s the right step to take as we all play our part in trying to get through this difficult time.

Our Booking Policy

We’ve made some adjustments to our booking policy to give you more flexibility if you have a booking coming up with us.

EXISTING BOOKINGS MADE BEFORE 18/03/20:

  • For pre-paid, advance non-cancellable bookings, we will offer to move your booking to any date up to 31st December 2020. Please note that there may be an additional cost for alternative dates, which would be payable on arrival.
  • All flexible bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no charge.

NEW BOOKINGS:

  • We strongly advise you to book our flexible rate as this will give the option to amend or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival. Any new pre-paid, advance non-cancellable bookings made cannot be amended.

In these difficult times we take great comfort in the fact that we have an outstanding team and a very loyal community of customers. We’re a local business and we really do appreciate the messages of support that we’ve received from you, plus the hard work and dedication from our colleagues, who look forward to seeing you again when we’re back up and running.
