• Only our own website rates, which do not require a promotion code, qualify for our Price Match Guarantee
• There are some non-public rates such as agreed contracted rates, negotiated partner rates, group rates and pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or a promotion code which do not qualify
• If you have booked more than one night, the rates will be checked for each night separately
• Claims will not be accepted if you are due to arrive within 72 hours (3 days) of the claim.
